Application Guidelines

• Substrate Preparation: Ensure surfaces are free from acidic impurities for optimal curing.
• Humidity Requirements: Best results achieved at relative humidity between 40% and 60%.
• Cure Speed by Substrate:
  • Mild Steel to Mild Steel: ≤30 seconds
  • Stainless Steel: 30 – 60 seconds
  • Aluminum: 5 – 15 seconds
  • Zinc Plated MS: 30 – 90 seconds
  • ABS to ABS: 5 – 10 seconds
  • ABS to NBR: 3 – 5 seconds
  • ABS to Wood: 5 – 10 seconds
  • NBR to NBR: 2 – 5 seconds
  • Wood: 50 – 60 seconds
  • Polycarbonate: 20 – 60 seconds

Advantages

Limitations

• Blooming/Frosting
• Difficult to cure fillet or exposed liquid adhesive without activator
• Limited gap fill capabilities
• Soluble in polar solvents

Curing Performance

Curing rates are influenced by:

• Types of substrates
• Surface conditions (acidic or basic)
• Surface roughness
• Atmospheric conditions (humidity, temperature)

Cured Material Properties

  • Mild Steel to Mild Steel: ≥9.8 N/mm²

Safety Precautions

1. Use in well-ventilated areas. Avoid skin and eye contact.
2. In case of skin contact, rinse with warm water or acetone.
3. If adhesive enters the eye, rinse thoroughly and seek medical attention.
4. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

• Store between 20 – 25°C in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.

Shelf Life

• 12 months from the month of manufacture.
