Composition

• Material: Durable synthetic fiber fabric impregnated and coated with a petrolatum compound.

Application Details

• Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean and dry. Remove all loose rust, scale, and flaking coatings using scraping, wire brushing, or blast cleaning.
• Recommended Primer: Use Denso Paste or Denso Priming Solution for optimal adhesion.
• Application Method:
  • Place the outer surface of the tape roll on the pipe.
  • Wrap the tape spirally around the pipe, overlapping each layer by at least 55%.
  • Smooth the tape with a gloved hand for proper adhesion.
• Application Temperature: Best applied between -5°C and +55°C.
