Features and Benefits
- Benzene-Free: Non-hazardous to health.
- Excellent Strength: Provides strong and durable bonds.
- Quality Preferred: Ideal for users focusing on high-quality applications.
Application Process
- Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are dry and free from dust, oil, grease, and other contaminants.
- Mixing: Stir the adhesive until homogeneous.
- Application: Apply uniformly on both substrates using a brush or appropriate applicator. A second coat may be needed for porous materials after 5-10 minutes.
- Drying Time: Allow to dry for 15-20 minutes at room temperature until tacky. The finger test can help assess the open time.
- Bonding: After the appropriate open time, align and press the substrates firmly together to achieve uniform contact pressure.
- Strength Development: Full bond strength develops within 24 to 48 hours post-application.
Coverage
- Approximate: 250-350 grams per square meter on non-porous substrates. Coverage may vary on porous substrates like wood or leather.
