MOLYKOTE® 1000 Paste is a lead- and nickel-free anti-seize paste designed to reduce wear and optimize friction in threaded fasteners and metal-to-metal joints. It provides excellent corrosion protection and enables nondestructive dismantling, even after prolonged exposure to high temperatures. Suitable for high-load applications, it performs effectively across a wide temperature range from -30°C (-22°F) to +650°C (1,202°F).

How to Use:
- Preparation: Clean the threads and bolt surfaces with a wire brush to remove contaminants.
- Application: Apply an adequate amount of paste on the thread, ensuring coverage to the root of the thread for optimal sealing.
- Do Not Mix: Avoid mixing with other greases or oils to maintain performance.
Usable Life and Storage:
- Shelf Life: When stored at or below 20°C (68°F) in original, unopened containers, has a usable life of 60 months from the date of production.
- Aerosol Packaging: Has a usable life of 24 months when stored between 5°C and 35°C (41°F and 95°F) in original, unopened containers. Avoid punctures and keep away from heat and open flame.
